Public Hearings: February 13 and 27
As part of their outreach and preparation for Spring Town Meeting, public hearings were held to review the proposed MBTA Communities Multi-Family Overlay District (MCMOD) and proposed bylaw that addresses the law’s requirements and allows for construction of multi-family buildings, within the geographical district, that are no larger than three stories and no more than four dwelling units per lot without the need for a special permit, variance, waiver, or other discretionary approval.
