Albion Cultural Exchange

The Albion Cultural Exchange (ACE) is located in the heart of downtown Wakefield at 9 Albion Street. It is a municipally owned building that was originally constructed as a post office in 1910. Today, it supports art and community and showcases the work of local artisans.

The space is managed by the Recreation Department. 

Event Highlights

Arts Collaborative of Wakefield’s Winter Artisan Sale: December 1 and 2
Get into the spirit of the season and come shop a variety of local and handmade products including pottery, jewelry, mixed-media, paintings, prints, photography, candles, skin care, and other hand-crafted items. The Arts Collaborative event takes place Friday, December 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, December 2 from 12 to 5 p.m.  

Comedy Art Lounge with Brian Agosta: December 14
The Comedy Art Lounge with Brian Agosta is a live variety show that blends improv comedy, stand-up acts, and more. Shows run from 8 to 9:30 p.m.  Reserve your free comedy show tickets.
