Trust
Pursuant to the vote under Article 14 of the 2023 Annual Town Meeting of the Town of Wakefield (the “Town”), the Town hereby establishes the Town of Wakefield Affordable Housing Trust for the benefit of all the inhabitants of the Town in the manner and under the terms and conditions set forth therein.
