Fence Viewers Committee

The Fence Viewing Committee is a standing committee appointed by the Town Council. This committee is referred situations where neighbors are in a dispute over the height or location of fences. The hope is to resolve these issues without the need for public hearings and/or litigation. Information and findings are then referred to the Building Inspector.
