Town Counsel

Our Town Counsel represents and protects the interests of the Town of Wakefield by providing accurate and timely legal advice to all elected and appointed officials, multiple-member bodies, and agencies of the Town to ensure that municipal decisions are made in conformance by appropriate legal authority. Counsel also represents the Town and its boards and officials in litigation and before administration agencies.
