Seeking Members for Public Safety Committee

We often hear from residents who want to be more involved in local government. Well, here is your chance! The Wakefield Town Council is currently accepting applications from residents interested in serving on the Public Safety Building Re-assessment Committee. There are three appointments available for community members-at-large. This Committee will re-evaluate the concerns and deficiencies related to our current Public Safety Building. Committee members will also engage in a detailed assessment of public input and ultimately make recommendations to the Town Council regarding any plans or approaches to address current and future needs.

Interested candidates should submit a resume and letter of interest, via e-mail, to Ms. Sherri Dalton, Executive Assistant to the Town Administrator, at sdalton@wakefield.ma.us.

Applications must be received by Friday, December 14, 2018. The appointments will be made in January 2019.
