Greenwood Avenue (Pitman Avenue to Oak Street) Roadway Improvements
Beginning the week of June 18th the Town will begin phase 2 roadway improvements to Greenwood Avenue.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  The goal is to complete all phases by August 30th or sooner (weather permitting).  During some of the work phases you will receive updates which will provide more details and schedules.  If you have any questions, please contact Don Schneider, Highway Supervisor at (781) 246-6314 or Eric Sherman at (781) 246-6308, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Please note:  there is a five year moratorium on non-emergency roadway excavations once the work is completed.

Phase 2 – beginning the week of June 18th
o Sidewalk improvements as needed
o Handicap Ramp installation as needed
Phase 3 will be done after July 4th
o Milling (removal of 2 inches of bituminous concrete) of the roadway
o Repair of roadway structures
o Paving
o Miscellaneous (traffic markings / loam & seed) as needed
(1) During certain phases of the work, No parking will be allowed along the road from 7am to 5pm.
(2) All work is weather permitting.  In the case of rain, the schedule will be moved up one day or until the weather clears.
