How do I report if my blue trash bin is damaged?
The blue trash containers have a ten-year warranty and are repaired by the company as long as the damage it is normal wear and tear. If you have any of the following issues, please contact the DPW at 781-246-6301, ext. 4120, or dpw@wakefield.ma.us:
- Cracked container
- Lid issues
- Wheel issues
The DPW will make arrangements to have the container repaired.
