Refuse and Yard-Waste Fees

Water and Sewer Fees

Tier 1 (1-1,000 cubic feet): $8.09 per 100 cubic feet
Tier 2 (1,001 - 2,500 cubic feet): $8.56 per 100 cubic feet
Tier 3 (2,501 - 6,000 cubic feet): $9.05 per 100 cubic feet
Tier 4 (6,001+ cubic feet): $9.97 per 100 cubic feet - Sewer Rate:

- Sanitary sewer connection fee (new connection): $500
- I/I Fee: Applicant shall submit an I/I removal fee to compensate removal of flow from the sewer system. This fee is calculated as $450 per 110 GPD (or one bedroom) of additional flow.

Right-of-Way Permit Fees
- General Construction: $25 application fee, insurance is required
- Roadway Impact Fee: Life cycle maintenance cost (LCMC) will be administered
- Temporary Occupancy, including dumpster in the right-of-way: $25 application fee, $50 inspection fee (each), $5,000 bond (each), insurance is required
- Utility Service / Cut and Cap / Curb Cut: $25 application fee, $50 inspection fee (each), $5,000 bond (each), insurance is required
- Trench Fee: $100 application fee
- Utility Main: $25 application fee, $50 inspection fee (each), bond determined at time of application based on construction cost, insurance is required
