Join the Town of Wakefield and the Massachusetts Housing Partnership for a virtual forum on the state of housing in Wakefield. This session will take place on October 20 at 7 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

Longtime residents notice changes to the landscape of their cities and towns with the addition of new single-family homes, condos, apartments, and mixed-use development sites. Topics include:

Information on current housing trends in Massachusetts and Wakefield specifically
