Reserve a Room
The Americal Civic Center offers a stunning backdrop for events of all sizes. The beautifully restored Heritage Room and the large Drill Hall provide a unique setting for meetings, reunions, and parties.
The Heritage Room is a 32' x 34' function room ideal for meetings and small parties.
The Drill Hall / Gym is 75' x 110' and can accomodate dances, trade shows, and sporting events.
To reserve a room:
- Check availability by reviewing our online calendar, calling us at (781) 246-6389, or stopping by the building office
- Contact us via phone or fill out this form to request a room. We will place a temporary hold on the room for you. This agreement form must be received within three days of your initial request or the reservation will be released.
- Drop off, email, or mail your completed agreement form to:

The Center, located in downtown Wakefield, has ample parking, public transportation, and a diverse selection of nearby restaurants. Take a break and enjoy a walk through Wakefield's downtown area to our lovely historic common overlooking Lake Quannapowitt.
