Please bring your completed form(s) to the Town Hall DPW with all the required fees and deposits listed on the applications (cash or check payable to the Town of Wakefield).

Fees & Deposits must be paid separately so be aware that this process may require multiple checks.

If your project requires a Trench Permit in accordance with 520 CMR 14.00, you must submit that application separately.
trench is defined as a subsurface excavation greater than 3 feet in depth, and is 15 feet or less between soil walls as measured from the bottom.
