Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Flexible spending accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax deductions to help pay medical and/or child care expenses. Once you enroll, you will receive a “benny” card pre-loaded with your election dollar amount. Your total election is available to you on the first day of the plan and is repaid through payroll deductions from July 1–June 30. This benefit requires re-enrollment annually during Open Enrollment. For new hires, enrollment must be within 30 days of hire.
