Our Vision

The Veterans Memorial will be a symbol of the community’s appreciation for the sacrifices that Wakefield residents made to protect and preserve our freedom. Not only will this permanent memorial and walk of remembrance serve as a reminder of that sacrifice, it will provide an educational opportunity for all.

It is hoped that the Wakefield Veterans Memorial will be the cornerstone of future expansion and Veteran recognition.
